Polished Concrete work carried out to a existing floor the customer wanted to turn into a yoga studio in Birdlip Gloucester. The condition of the concrete upon our visit was in good condition but needed much work to bring it to life and become a functional floor. The concrete had already received some polishing working before hand and had some chemical treatment. Our job was to remove the existing surface treatments and hone the surface up to a high shine for a finished floor

THIS PROCESS REMOVES A SMALL AMOUNT OF THE FLOORS SURFACE TO EXPOSE THE FINES FROM THE AGGREGATES IN THE SAND AND IN SOME AREAS SLIGHLT LARGER STONE CLOSE TO THE SURFACE. WE CARRIED OUT A SAMPLE BEFORE HAND SUPPLIED BY THE MAIN SITE CONTRACTORS USING THE SAME CONCRETE FROM A NEARBY CONCRETE COMPANY. TH


KIDDERMINSTER | WORCESTERSHIRE | POLISHED CONCRETE VARIABLE FINISH
Vairable finish polished concrete on the outskirts of kidderminster for a new self build property. The concrete had been placed a few months before we arrived onsite and had passed its curing stage. The slab had been placed and finished with a power trowell to a tigh pan finish to flatten and compact the aggregates in the top level of the surface leaving the floor at a good starting point for polishing.
